The gut has been named the ‘second brain.’  The health of your gut microbe controls how fat you are, how happy you are and how virile you are.  Achieving and maintain a happy gut is key to staving off disease and extra pounds.  Once you learn how to eat correctly, you will feel healthier, happier and more alert.  This diet is closely related to the paleo diet, with less emphasis on meat and more emphasis on vegetables and good fat.
